BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is composed of the members of the Executive Committee, the chairpersons of the standing committees, and one member from each chapter. They meet at least three times a year to establish policies, budget, and dues of the organization. They also provide direction to the Executive Committee.
