Hiring Hall Process

1. Make sure you are a member of MSCF.

The resources needed to build and maintain our Hiring Hall come from member dues; therefore, participation in our Hiring Hall is limited to MSCF members. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact the state office. If you are not a member but would like to become one, visit the MSCF website at www.mscfmn.org and click the “JOIN MSCF” button, or contact a member of your campus leadership team.

2. Sign up for access to members only material on the MSCF website.

When you click on a website link that is restricted to members, like the Hiring Hall, you will be prompted to sign up or login.
 If you already have members access, enter your login information and continue to Step 3
 If you have not signed up for members only access, enter your email address and a password you create, and your request will be forwarded to the state office for approval. Please allow up to two business days for your request to be approved. If you do not have full access to the website after two business days, please check your email or contact the state office.

3. Complete the Hiring Hall form.

Once your access to the website has been approved, go to the website, click the “Contingent Faculty” tab, and select “Hiring Hall”. Complete the form, click submit, and you’re done!
