2023-2025 Tentative Agreement
The Minnesota State Board of Trustees approved the MSCF contract at a special meeting on December 19, and the contract was signed immediately after the meeting.
The system office has notified us of their plans for backpay related to the recent contract settlement. Faculty with a spring 2024 assignment will see backpay on the 2/23/24 paycheck. Faculty who have separated – resignation, retirement, TPT faculty without a spring 2024 assignment, etc. – will receive backpay and adjusted exit payments on 3/8/24. Please note payment for separated faculty will be deposited in the last account on file. Finally, backpay related to overload will also be on the 3/8/24 paycheck.
